This
site is the online home of the Regents
of Evil (R.O.E.), a group of supervillains in the
City of Villains™ MMORPG
(Justice Server) that are united by the ties of dark
magic, be it the practice of the dark arts or being a
product of darkness (demon, zombie, werewolf, or other
supernatural force). Members need not be of magic origin.
Information

of the group, information

websites, and an overview of
the Regents of Evil base.
To
be considered for Regents of Evil membership, please
visit our forums and leave
a post in the recruitment board including your in-game
name (use this name for forum, too), archetype,
current level, origin, primary/secondary powers, and a
brief biography of your main character.
You can also contact one of the High
Councilors in-game
to get the process started.
