Droid
Armor Modules
Armor
modules strengthen the defensive properties of droids
significantly, and are used in the armor slot of
the droid (seperate from service modules). There
are six levels of armor module effectiveness.
Additional
protection can be obtained by stacking multiple armor
modules in the same droid, but armor
is capped at 20% for any droid (2
Lvl 4s or 1 Lvl 6). The complexity
of and mineral requirements for making these modules
vary. |

Auto-Repair
Data Module
When
this module is activated, it sends out a "healing pulse" which
repairs every other nearby friendly droid within a 15' radius.
The pulse fires every 10 seconds and heals an amount equal
to the droid's auto repair power. The more auto-repair modules
that are added to a droid, the higher this attribute will
be. |
 |
Creature
Harvest Module
This
module will allow a scout to program and control an equipped
droid to advance on the selected target of the player and
harvest the resources on the creature. The player can preset
the droid to harvest meat, hide, bone, or let the droid pick
a random resource type. Multiple creature harvest modules
will increase the harvest haul of the droid. |
 |
Detonation
Module
This
module grants Bounty Hunters and Smugglers the ability to
destroy the droid equipped with this module, causing damage
to every enemy target nearby. The destruction is ordered
by the /detonateDroid command or via the droid's radial menu.
This module is most effective housed in the MSE Droid, which
provides a bonus to the detonation. See our Bounty
Hunter page for more information about droids specific
to the BH profession. |
 |
Droid
Combat Module
These
modules can be placed in combat-capable droids (R series,
LE Repair, DZ-70, and Probot), and are stackable for increased
damage capacity. |
 |
Droid
Data Module
This
module allows the droid to store flight commands (using a
burnt droid command module) or manufacturing schematics.
There are six levels of data module capacity: Level
1: 20, Level 2: 40, Level
3: 70, Level 4: 110, Level
5: 125, and Level 6: 150. The
complexity of and mineral requirements for making these modules
vary. |
 |
Droid
Item Storage Module
This
module allows the droid to store items that remain in the
droid even when stored. There are six levels of storage module
capacity: Level 1: 1 item,Level
2: 2 items, Level 3: 4 items, Level
4: 6 items, Level 5: 9 items, and Level
6: 10 items. Additional
capacity can be obtained by stacking multiple storage modules
in the same droid, but capacity is
capped at 10 for any droid. The complexity of and
mineral requirements for making these modules vary. |
 |
Droid
Repair Module
Installing
this module allows the droid to repair damage to other droids'
health and action wounds. |
 |
Droid
Structure Maintenance Module
This
module will allows a player to pay maintenance on structures
they own from a registered remote location. There are three
levels of structure maintenance module effectiveness, and
droids with high level modules (level 3) can even perform
maintenance runs to other planets and service up to 9 structures.
The complexity of and mineral requirements for making these
modules vary. Note: Currently, removing
delegated structure without taking it out of your droid's
queue first will render the module inoperable. |
 |
Effects
Modules
These
droid modules can have one of five unique lighting effects
(avian,
mind bloom, confetti, jawa, fog or foam) that can
be used by novice dancers and musicians. Multiple
modules will stack to allow multiple effects, though only
one effect can be useed at a time. The complexity of and
mineral requirements for making these modules vary. In-depth
information on the effects modules, including photos, is
available at the SWG
Entertainer holosite. |
 |
Merchant
Barker Module
This
module allows a merchant (with the Advertising IV skill level)
to input a short message that is continuously transmitted
to nearby players. It also allows him or her to place a waypoint
in the droid that is given to any player that requests it
via the radial menu on the droid. |
 |
Playback
Module
This
module allows an entertainer or a musician to record a musical
track onto the droid. The droid will then be able to play
back the music that was recorded as accompaniment in the
player's band. Multiple modules of this type will stack to
allow multiple musical tracks to be recorded, though only
one track can be played at a time. |
 |
Scout
Trap Projectile Module
This
module allows a scout to load a droid with player-made scout
traps and fire them at the selected taget when given the
command by the player. Only traps that a player has the ability
to use themselves can be loaded into the module, and Trapping
XP is halved for damage done by droid-thrown traps. |

Droid Crafting Station Modules
These
modules allow the crafter to use the droid as a portable personal
crafting station that corresponds to the type of module used,
giving the ability to craft complex items with experimentation.
Complexity of and requirements for these modules vary. Multiple
types of crafting station modules may now be used in a single
droid. |

Stupid,
Sarcastic, Prissy, Worshipful, Slang, or Geeky Base Droid
